The Junior Trainer will support the firm’s learning and development initiatives by coordinating and assisting with the delivery of training programs across the organization, ensuring a seamless training experience.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling training sessions
- Managing registrations
- Coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person trainings
- Supporting live sessions through attendance tracking, chat monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintaining and updating the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Uploading course content
- Tracking participation and completion
- Generating reports for internal stakeholders
- Preparing training materials and resources
- Updating job aids and presentation content
- Supporting onboarding programs
- Distributing and compiling training evaluations
- Providing administrative support for ongoing training initiatives and firmwide rollouts

- Experience with learning management systems or training coordination
- Exposure to instructional design concepts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in training coordination, learning and development, or administrative support
