- Contact national P&C units for clarification on errors in insurance applications
- Perform further processing in the system
- Work in Excel, extracting reports from the system
- Converse with colleagues and Buddy (mentor) on company processes and knowledge sharing
- Participate in weekly team meetings, discussing current topics, holiday plans, and important instructions from Business Partners
- Provide support to Co-workers via email, phone, or chat

**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in German and English - Background in P&C, payroll, or German philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
