Junior Market Operations Analyst

Citi is a global financial institution committed to serving as a trusted partner to its clients. The Junior Market Operations Analyst will support the trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing, while also contributing to process improvements and client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients
• Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions
• Perform essential checks that help safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies
• Work directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front‑to‑back experience
• Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale
