Serrala is the global leader in finance process automation, seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to enhance their IT support team. The role involves managing endpoint devices, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining support tickets while contributing to a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, ensuring that endpoints, AV equipment and cloud-based systems support optimal productivity for end-users
  • Support and troubleshoot within Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint environments
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network interruptions, VPN connections, and other connectivity concerns
  • Track and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management and create clear, accessible technical documentation and specifications in Confluence
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experiences will also be considered
  • Experience in IT support or service delivery roles, with expertise across multi-platform environments, ideally including both PC and Mac systems
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), ideally including Jira Service Management
  • Strong understanding of M365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Knowledge of IT security systems and protocols, particularly Microsoft Defender and monitoring tools
  • Basic knowledge of Endpoint Application Support (incl. M365) and Autopilot
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Strong collaborator who contributes actively to a supportive, solution-oriented team environment
  • Customer service & problem solving skills
