What You'll Do: Be the Voice of arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative on our pharmacy team, you'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex. Your primary responsibility is to engage directly with pet parents who reach out to us for support, primarily through inbound calls and various communication platforms. This is not a job for those who want to simply read from scripts – we want thinkers, problem-solvers, and genuinely compassionate individuals who are ready to go above and beyond.

Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:


  • Customer Engagement: You'll interact with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a wide variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound phone calls, but you'll also utilize other communication platforms to ensure every customer receives the support they need.
  • Problem Resolution: Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for each customer's unique situation. You'll need to think critically, analyze information quickly, and follow up as needed to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Exceed Expectations: We don't want order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for individuals who can genuinely engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions that go above and beyond. Your goal is to "wow" every customer you interact with.
  • Regulatory Compliance: As part of our pharmacy team, you'll adhere to high safety and regulatory standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to following protocols is essential.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure continuity of care and quality assurance.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

What You'll Need: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements



  • Experience: 1-2 years of working in a customer-focused environment. Previous experience in customer service, retail, healthcare, or pharmacy settings is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong ability to multi-task, think on your feet, and problem-solve effectively. You must be comfortable navigating complex situations and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed. Our customers need us, and we need team members who can adapt to changing demands.
  • Location Requirements:
    • Must be a resident of Kentucky
    • Must reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky
    • Must perform all work within the state of Kentucky
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check for Kentucky Pharmacy Technician (Rx Tech) licensing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related customer service role

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software systems
