Position Overview

This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with a diverse, globally distributed team. As a Conversational Chat Bot Designer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for creating virtual Chat Bot agents that deliver exceptional user experiences through both voice and text-based interfaces.

Your primary focus will be on designing end-to-end conversational interactions that feel natural, intuitive, and genuinely helpful. Key Responsibilities

• Design Conversational Experiences: Create comprehensive end-to-end conversational interactions for virtual Chat Bot agents, including primary flows, alternative paths, error handling, and fallback scenarios. Ensure every conversation thread is logical, helpful, and maintains context appropriately.
• Develop Prototypes and Mockups: Create detailed mockups, conversation flows, redlining documents, and all other creative prototyping materials that effectively communicate design intent to developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct User Research: Champion a user-first approach by conducting thorough client and user research. Gather insights about user needs, pain points, behaviors, and expectations to inform design decisions and create truly user-centric experiences.

Essential Qualifications

• Conversational Design Experience: Proven experience in Conversation Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging conversational interfaces. You should have a solid understanding of conversational UX principles, dialogue design, and natural language processing capabilities.
• Writing Expertise: Demonstrated writing experience in digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy. Exceptional attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling conversational copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
