Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our gaming studio running efficiently. Your daily activities will include:


  • Data Entry & Management: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including inputting player information, game statistics, and operational records into our databases. You will ensure data integrity by verifying information, correcting errors, and maintaining up-to-date records across multiple systems.
  • Customer Inquiry Response: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via email and live chat. You will provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every player feels valued and heard.
  • Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating customer records, user profiles, and game-related databases. This includes organizing data, implementing data validation procedures, and ensuring compliance with our data management standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Game Development, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments, to address customer issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure timely resolutions that meet our high service standards.
  • Interaction Documentation: Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolution details in our CRM system. Your thorough documentation will help identify trends, improve processes, and contribute to continuous enhancement of our player experience.
