As a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative on this government assignment, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, serving as a vital link between government services and the communities that depend on them. What You Bring to arenaflex
We're looking for talented individuals who possess the right combination of skills, experience, and attitude to thrive in this role. While we provide comprehensive training, there are certain qualifications and characteristics that will help you hit the ground running:
Essential Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required. This can include previous work in retail, hospitality, call centers, healthcare, or any role that involved direct customer interaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- Bilingual Proficiency: You must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. You'll need to switch between languages seamlessly while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Technical Comfort: Basic computer experience is necessary. You should be comfortable navigating software applications, typing efficiently, and learning new systems quickly.
- U.S. Citizenship: Because this position supports a U.S. government assignment, you must be a U.S. citizen. This is a non-negotiable requirement due to security and clearance considerations.

To be successful in this remote role, you'll need to maintain a reliable home office setup. arenaflex provides the computer equipment you'll need for the duration of this project, but there are specific requirements you'll need to meet:
- High-Speed Internet: A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 15 Mbps is required to ensure smooth communication with customers and access to internal systems.
- Headset: While we recommend a USB wired headset for optimal audio quality, if you already have a compatible headset, you may be able to use it. Please note that Bluetooth headsets are not recommended for this position.
- Mobile Device: A smartphone or tablet (iPad, Android tablet, etc.) running iOS or Android is required for your daily log-in and authentication processes.
- Workspace: A quiet, professional workspace free from background distractions is essential for maintaining customer service excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding our team members fairly for their contributions. For this temporary position, we offer:
- Competitive Base Wage: A base wage range of $17.20 per hour, plus an additional $4.41 per hour for the first 40 hours in lieu of health benefits. This brings your effective hourly rate to $21.61 for qualifying hours.
