Position Overview

We are currently hiring full-time Data Entry & Technical Support Specialists to provide specialized assistance for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems. This role combines data entry responsibilities with technical support functions, offering a diverse and engaging work experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry & Technical Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems. Ensure data integrity and maintain organized records. Process service orders efficiently to avoid operational delays in resolving issues.
  • Technical Support Provision: Respond to client care requests and identify technical support issues (software or hardware related). Maintain trust in our Technical Support Group (TSG) by delivering professional and effective solutions.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients via telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns. Resolve problems including hardware or software breakdowns, user errors, and other technical difficulties. Conduct follow-ups with clients to verify that issues were completely resolved.
  • Issue Investigation & Resolution: Research identified issues by clarifying questions, investigating web information sites, and consulting internal resources (such as project notebooks) to identify solutions and facilitate resolution.
  • System Maintenance: Introduce, arrange, and investigate desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues. Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security.
  • Hardware & Software Support: Provide assistance regarding the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, enterprise systems (such as SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K), email, and operating systems.
  • On-Site Visits: Conduct site visits within the designated area to investigate issues or present or update hardware and software when support issues cannot be partially resolved remotely.
  • Documentation: Complete service orders accurately and timely to ensure smooth operations and maintain comprehensive records of all support activities.

Work Location

This position is primarily based in the Texas area (TXALG), with potential alternative locations including TXDFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) and TXDAL (Dallas). Travel between offices may be required occasionally to support various locations and ensure comprehensive coverage.

Essential Qualifications
