Job Title: Agile Coach

Location: Remote.

Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL are preferred locations

Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills:

Agile Coach experience
Experience rolling-out large scaled SAFE methodology, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall experience on IT Project.
Understanding of Agile values and principles
Ability to advise teams on Agile best practices
Ability to provide teaching, coaching and mentoring
Basic understanding of client’s business, and IT strategies and objectives
Ability to function in an open collaborative environment
Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and PI planning.
Guide teams through Agile transformations and maturity assessments.
Partner with leadership to align Agile delivery with business goals and value streams.
Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and programs.
Promote continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and team empowerment.
