About the Role

We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote online support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and helpful responses to their queries.

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including weekends, and work out a schedule that suits your needs.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.

  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and take responsibility for your work.

  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment.

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as ZenDesk or JIRA.

  • Knowledge of business tools, such as Slack or Trello.

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
