As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service across all customer touchpoints. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Proactive Customer Outreach: Perform outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on previous inquiries, verify satisfaction, and identify additional needs. Build strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Ticket Management: Create, update, and manage service tickets accurately in our CRM system. Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented for future reference and quality assurance purposes.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and service requests accurately, ensuring alignment between customer needs and available resources. Maintain organized calendars and communicate scheduling details clearly to all parties.
- Account Review & Analysis: Review and analyze customer account information to understand history, preferences, and potential issues. Use this information to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining customer confidence.
