Here's what you'll be doing

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business managers.

Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to implementation ensuring alignment with business goals.

Ensure incidents, maintenance, technical debt and root cause investigations are prioritised alongside new features.

Prioritise and refine product backlogs to deliver measurable customer valueStay updated on technology trends and emerging technologies.

Build relationships with business stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to optimize delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational success.

 

What we need from you

Strong experience as a Technical Product Owner with HR Products

Experience working with third party vendors

Ability to translate technical details into business language

Strong presence and presentation skills

Excellent English speaking skills.
