This role involves planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience within HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, tracking, and reporting on the performance of multiple ongoing projects
- Effectively manage routine project risks
- Coordinate and perform technical aspects of project, research issues
- Review, evaluate, and monitor cost schedule and technical scope baselines
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of required project documentation
- Prepare and provide routine project status updates
Skills
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative project delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with automation initiatives, workflow tools, or system integration concepts
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Ability to support project coordination across multiple stakeholders, including scheduling, meeting facilitation, and follow-up tracking
- Attention to detail in managing project documentation, status reporting, and deliverables
- Ability to contribute to project planning, risk identification, and issue resolution within defined areas of responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree and no experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software, and equipment
- Knowledge of IT project management principles (e.g., Agile) and software
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- At least one year of experience supporting projects or project-related work, internship, academic, or professional experience
