Job Description:

I’m an interior designer specializing in new construction custom homes, and I’m looking for a skilled freelancer to support my studio in creating detailed interior elevations using SketchUp/CAD.

This role is focused on producing clear, accurate, and buildable elevations that will be used by contractors during construction, as well as for client reference.

Scope of Work:

Create dimensioned interior elevations for kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, and architectural features

Clearly communicate layout, proportions, and key installation details

Incorporate notes, materials, and specifications where needed

Revise drawings as projects progress

Ideal Candidate:

Advanced proficiency in SketchUp/CAD

Strong background in construction documentation or architectural drafting

Understanding of cabinetry, millwork, and residential construction standards

Highly detail-oriented with a clean, consistent drawing style

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Details:

Ongoing, project-based work

Consistency and accuracy are critical in this role

Experience working with interior designers or custom home builders is a plus
