- Job Description:
- Oversee the Finance function during a period of company transition
- Advise the executive team on Finance matters
- Support and coordinate the organization's finance infrastructure and strategy
- Establish policies and procedures
- Set up internal control systems/risk systems
- Support urgent issues
- Manage complex finance workstreams
- Prepare for audits and planning
- Lead Finance-related change management efforts
- Hire for open positions in the Finance function
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; masters a plus
- Minimum 7-10 years of appropriate experience
- Extensive background in roles of progressive scope and responsibility within Finance
- Strategic and innovative team player with strengths in financial controls
- Ability to engage with a variety of leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate with individuals in multiple time zones and cultures
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
