This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of daily processes and has a significant impact on advisor retention and overall business growth.
Responsibilities
- Sort and prioritize all incoming correspondence
- Triage all new applications received
- Handle insurance carrier feed rejects promptly
- Generate reports
- Create shells in WealthServ
- Communicate effectively to management and escalate issues where appropriate
- Identifying gaps and risks in documentation. Where necessary, create and update documentation
- Providing timely and appropriate feedback to Leader
- Other administrative duties
Skills
- 0-2 years' experience in similar role
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional accuracy attention to detail
- Excellent research and problem resolution skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met
- High level of customer service
- Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Able to be flexible in adjusting priorities
