Insurance Defense Paralegal (Miami - HYBRID REMOTE)

NATIONAL Insurance Defense Litigation Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION PARALEGAL with FL Civil Litigation experience to join its MIAMI office. (This is a HYBRID REMOTE role - you can work from home 2 days per week).

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 3+ years experience as a FL CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION PARALEGAL.

We will consider PARALEGALS with BODILY INJURY DEFENSE OR ANY OTHER INSURANCE DEFENSE experience.

SALARY: $70,000 to $80,000

DUTIES: issuing subpoenas, drafting responses to demand letters, reviewing and summarizing medical records to prepare medical records summaries / chronologies, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, legal research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline when it comes to preparing for depos, mediations and trials. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.

Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but would be a plus.
