National Digital Trust Company (In Organization) has received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to open as a federally chartered trust bank to provide a broad range of digital asset services.

We are building a specialized financial institution addressing the growing demand for digital asset services. Our primary business will focus on digital asset custody, providing secure, efficient custodial and fiduciary services for a variety of digital assets.

You will work with foundational systems and processes to help shape our operating model and influence how a new category of financial infrastructure comes to market.

Job Overview

The Institutional Sales Associate serves as an ambassador for our company supporting relationship development and sales execution within an assigned institutional segment and team. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales activity, revenue growth, and market leadership across institutional clients in the crypto ecosystem, corporate sector, traditional financial services, and FinTech.

Objectives

Support sales activities within assigned institutional segments and product lines

Partner with the Chief Business & Strategy Officer, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to support execution of business, marketing, and product objectives

Assist in cultivating relationships with prospective institutional clients and stakeholders within assigned segments

Contribute across the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, outbound outreach, initial pitches, ongoing relationship management, and deal support through contract execution

Support the development of market, segment, and client analysis to identify asset potential and growth opportunities

Manage and support client documentation, CRM updates, reporting, calling campaigns, and sales pipeline hygiene

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, engineering, risk, and compliance to support revenue and growth objectives

Actively participate in the adoption and reinforcement of company values and culture

Support the delivery of a high-touch, “white glove” experience for prospective and onboarded clients

Maintain an ongoing understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including tokens, capital markets dynamics, pricing, competitive platforms, and regulatory considerations

Develop working knowledge of company, technical architecture, and client workflows related to crypto and digital asset adoption

Professionally communicate our company’s value proposition to clients, partners, and market participants

Contribute to the achievement and execution of defined sales, revenue, and growth targets

Gather and communicate market and client feedback internally across relevant teams

Support competitive analysis and contribute constructively to the firm’s evolving go-to-market strategy and product development

What You Bring

A strong interest in the intersection of financial services, technology, innovation, and disruption

Demonstrated aptitude and early experience supporting sales teams in financial services, fintech, or technology-driven environments

Experience supporting or working with complex technology platforms, financial services products, and/or trading services

Genuine enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the broader digital asset ecosystem

Comfort using and maintaining CRM systems and supporting sales lifecycle processes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and objectives

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a strong sales culture

Clear, confident, and professional communication skills — both written and verbal

Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, concise summaries for internal and external audiences

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with analytics, databases, and reporting software

A reputation for being hardworking, detail-oriented, methodical, and persistent

A growth-oriented, humble mindset with intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a client-first attitude

Significant amount of travel expected
