Danaher Corporation, through its operating company Cytiva, is dedicated to providing innovative solutions in life sciences and biotechnology. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for presenting and selling service offerings, prospecting new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales potential.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell service offerings primarily through remote channels (phone, email, virtual meetings), with occasional in-person visits
- Prospect, qualify, quote, and close new service business opportunities to deliver on quarterly and annual service revenue targets
- Demonstrate the value of service solutions and articulate Cytiva’s value proposition. Generate proposals and prepare quotations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service, Equipment Sales, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing to maximize sales potential
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage funnel forecast sales, and track customer interactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in the Life Sciences) or Associates degree and equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience. Knowledge/experience within a Service Organization or Service Provider is a plus!
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment
- Internal drive, focused on accountability and self-development
- Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred
