Solar America is a rapidly growing solar energy provider on a mission to help homeowners save money while making a positive environmental impact. They are seeking ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join their hybrid selling team, focusing on managing warm leads and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Knock warm leads that are provided to create opportunity
- Conduct virtual consultations or in person with interested homeowners
- Manage a pipeline of pre-set appointments
- Close deals and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the decision-making process
- Collaborate with your team and leadership to improve performance
Skills
- 1–3+ years of outside sales, phone sales, Door Knocking or consultative selling experience
- Strong closing skills and a persuasive communication style
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience in solar or home improvement sales
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Home Security Sales, Satellite TV Sales, Pest Control Sales, Wireless Sales, Home Automation/Smart Home Sales, Direct Sales, Roofing Sales, Home Improvement Sales or Home Services, Business to Consumer Sales, Car Sales & Auto
- Experience in lead generation and/or sales management is a plus
- Sales background or solar experience is highly desirable
