Responsibilities
- Convert inbound demand into closed revenue, focusing on smaller deals with high velocity and efficiency
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial interest to closed-won, ensuring a seamless and efficient pipeline flow
- Assist in refining foundational sales processes and playbooks by providing feedback on bottlenecks
- Execute direct sales strategies for a new category, turning ambiguity into tangible revenue outcomes
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and product messaging
- Drive tangible, high-impact results in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, demonstrating extreme ownership over outcomes

- 1-3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in a high-velocity sales environment, with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- A demonstrated 'performer' and closer who thrives on converting inbound demand and efficiently closing deals
- Possess a sales mentality, extreme ownership, and high agency, thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
- A relentless executor with high energy and a proven ability to drive tangible results

- Experience working in the tech industry
- Experience at high-growth, Sales-Led Growth (SLG) startups
- Background in early-stage AI or creative technology companies
- Prior experience as a 'First Sales Hire' or early Account Executive at a Seed/Series A startup
- Familiarity with remote closing techniques and tools
