Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is a national distributor of quality maintenance products. They are seeking Inside Sales – Account Advisors to build relationships with fleet maintenance customers and help them solve problems.


Responsibilities

  • You will build relationships with fleet maintenance customers, serve as their trusted advisor, and help them solve problems that keep their businesses running smoothly
  • Reach out to new prospects and turn conversations into opportunities
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand needs and offer solutions
  • Manage and grow your customer base
  • Continuously sharpen your skills through coaching and training

Skills

  • Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
  • Are motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Have prior sales experience (helpful, but not required)
