</div><div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><div>We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager. This role will lead enterprise-level IT transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects aligned with business and regulatory requirements.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise IT transformation projects</li>
<li>Provide strategic direction and guidance for IT initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and scrum teams to:<ul>
<li>Define business and technical requirements</li>
<li>Align solutions with organizational goals</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Manage large-scale enterprise projects as well as smaller initiatives</li>
<li>Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, development teams, and vendors</li>
<li>Ensure project governance, controls, and reporting mechanisms are in place</li>
<li>Monitor project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery</li>
<li>Apply best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)</li>
<li>Mentor and guide state personnel in project management practices</li>
<li>Support knowledge transfer and capability building for internal teams</li>
</ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Proven experience as an IT Project Manager managing complex enterprise projects</li>
<li>Strong experience in IT solution delivery and system implementation</li>
<li>Experience working on Child Support systems or similar government programs</li>
<li>Strong understanding of:<ul>
<li>Project governance frameworks</li>
<li>Enterprise IT systems and transformation initiatives</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ability to define and manage business and technical requirements</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience</li>
<li>Experience with:<ul><li>Public sector/government IT environments</li></ul>
</li>
<li>Familiarity with:<ul><li>Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies</li></ul>
</li>
<li>Experience managing vendor-driven and multi-team environments</li>
