Implementation Consultant (Golf)

Lightspeed is a global company providing a one-stop commerce platform to businesses. They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Conducting kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process
• Ensuring customer training is completed throughout onboarding process
• Scheduling internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as the hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payments processing
• Communicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training dates
• Managing your own segment of customers who are working through the onboarding process
• Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding
• Updating customer records in our CRM and other web-based tools to reflect project updates and timelines
• Managing the amount of time for customers to move from sales close to the time they’re using the system
• Ensuring great customer satisfaction ratings

Skills

• Experience in the Golf Industry or Avid golfer
• Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication
• Experience resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
• Experience with the retail or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills in French both verbally and written
• Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce
• Experience with ChurnZero
