  • *Role Overview**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our product testing and development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
  • Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
  • Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
  • Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
  • Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail
  • A curious spirit and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
  • Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Good communication skills (an asset)
  • Be at least 18 years old
