- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- *Qualifications**
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
- An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
- Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone

- Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
- Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
