Indotronix is hiring a Senior SAP Functional Analyst/Lead specializing in S/4HANA Production Planning. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work 2-3 days onsite or remote from locations including Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; and Hazelwood, MO. Join a collaborative team driving SAP projects and solutions for large-scale, complex manufacturing environments.

[Responsibilities]

• Lead and conduct workshops to design and optimize SAP Production Planning (PP) processes
• Collaborate with business SMEs, architects, developers, and system integrators to deliver enhanced solutions
• Identify and implement advanced SAP PP configuration and end-to-end lifecycle solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation, including BPDs, process flows, and functional design specs
• Translate business requirements into technical designs; coordinate with development teams and oversee testing (unit, integration)
• Drive SAP best practices and clean core methodology adoption
• Manage project testing cycles, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues
• Utilize tools such as Signavio, JIRA, and Tricentis Tosca for process modeling and testing
• Independently lead SAP object development and support SAP project systems
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) for project delivery and management

[Required Skills and Experience]

• 12+ years SAP PP consulting experience
• 4+ years with S/4HANA Production Planning
• Strong background in SAP S/4 HANA PP and QM modules
• Proven track record of at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations
• Expertise in large, complex production planning environments and SAP interfaces
• Solid understanding of SAP module functionalities, user exits, batch jobs, and standard reports
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

[Preferred Skills]

• Proficiency in production planning elements: material master, BOM, routing, production orders, MRP Live, FIORI, demand management
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense industries
• Integration knowledge with PLM, MES, SD, MM, EWM, FICO, QM
• Familiarity with WBS, S4 Hana PPDS, SAP Quality Management
• SAP certifications in S/4 PP, QM, or MM
• Background in discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes
