The Human Services Surveyor position inspects and investigates healthcare facilities and services to determinecompliance and violations with state and federal regulations. This position is responsible for preparingcomprehensive reports and submitting complete packets for review. This position determines compliance throughinterpretation of regulations and follows division guidelines, policies, and procedures. Extensive travel,some weekend work, and overnight stays are required for this position.
