As our Human Resources & Branding Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our team while also shaping how we present ourselves internally and externally-from recruiting and onboarding to marketing, communications, and brand development.


This isn't a traditional HR role. You won't be siloed into just one function-instead, you'll work across HR operations and marketing initiatives, giving you the opportunity to build a well-rounded skill set and make a meaningful impact across the business. What you'll do:



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

  • Partner with leadership to support hiring strategies, retention, and workforce planning

  • Oversee onboarding to create a smooth and engaging new hire experience

  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration (health insurance, 401k), and employee records

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes

  • Create and edit marketing materials, proposals, and internal communications

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

  • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all platforms and materials

  • Manage website updates and social media content to enhance online presence

  • Develop print and digital collateral (brochures, templates, sales materials)

  • Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
