HubSpot Email Template Designer & Builder (Must Be HubSpot Partner)

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot email designer and developer to create and implement a set of high-performing, visually compelling email templates directly within our HubSpot instance.

Important: You must have an active HubSpot Partner account and proven experience building emails inside HubSpot (not just design).

Project Scope

We need the design and build (in HubSpot) for the following email templates:

• Customer Email Newsletter

• Prospect Email Newsletter

• Webinar Email

• Ebook / Lead Magnet Email

• Survey Email

• Product Update / Customer Announcement Email

Responsibilities

Design clean, modern, conversion-focused email templates aligned with our brand

Build responsive, reusable templates directly in HubSpot

Ensure templates are easy for our team to edit and reuse

Follow email best practices (deliverability, mobile optimization, light/dark mode, accessibility)

Test across devices and webmail service providers (Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft, etc)

Requirements

Active HubSpot Partner account (required)

Strong experience with HubSpot email builder and/or custom modules

Portfolio of HubSpot email templates (please include examples)

Understanding of email marketing best practices and UX

Ability to move quickly and communicate clearly

Nice to Have

Experience with B2B SaaS or marketing emails

Familiarity with HubSpot workflows and personalization tokens

Basic copy/layout recommendations for performance

Deliverables

Fully designed and built HubSpot email templates

Mobile-optimized and tested

Editable and reusable by internal team

Timeline

We’re looking to get started ASAP and complete within 2–3 weeks.
