We are looking for a Hubspot Administrator to support our marketing and sales teams by managing our HubSpot CRM, improving data quality, and driving better visibility across the customer journey.

Requirements

Role Responsibilities

  • Own day‑to‑day HubSpot administration and execution, maintaining pipelines, data models, properties, workflows, automations, and user permissions.
  • Maintain high data quality (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation)
  • Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Support marketing campaigns through segments, automation workflows, and tracking
  • Work with sales to improve lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibility
  • Support scalable revenue operations by building and maintaining BI dashboards to track performance across the funnel, bringing together data from various platforms.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in using HubSpot (min. 2 years - 5 years max.)
  • Experience in a sales or marketing environment
  • Understanding of the lead lifecycle (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer)
  • Comfortable working with both marketing and sales teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to build reports and BI dashboards
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Improvement in lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • High CRM data quality (accuracy, completeness, low duplication)
  • Strong marketing and pipeline performance tracking (lead volume, cost per lead, attribution clarity, revenue attribution)
