<ul>
<li>Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals</li>
<li>Engage patients with fun and age-appropriate activities to maintain their motivation</li>
<li>Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold">PT Qualifications</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Certified Physical Therapist with a valid license to practice in Texas</li>
</ul>
<p><br></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Basic Physical Requirements</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.</li>
<li>Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.</li>
<li>Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.</li>
<li>Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.</li>
