Role Description
- The purpose of the Supply Chain Operations Rotational (SCOR) Program is to develop future Supply Chain leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to critical functions within the Supply Chain ecosystem.
- Support strategic projects
- Drive process improvements
- Gain hands-on experience to develop expertise in Supply Chain Operations
- As part of SCOR-3, the candidate will complete three (3) one-year rotations in each functional area:
- Planning
- Operational Analytics
- Lean Transformation
- Shared Services
- Asset Management
- Upon SCOR-3 program completion, a joint decision will be made by the SCOR analyst and the SCOR leadership team to:
- Place the candidate in a permanent role
- Begin the SCOR-5 program, in which the candidate will complete an additional two-year rotation in a focus area
This professional will work 100% remote and must be located in the US.
