[Hiring] Product Operations Manager / Sr. Product Operations Manager @Applied Systems

Role Description

This role involves driving process optimization, governance, and continuous improvement throughout the Product Development Lifecycle with a specific focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) and Post-Launch Success functions.
• Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects related to process optimization and governance.
• Effectively collaborate with individuals across various functions and SBUs at all levels.
• Define and prioritize milestones to streamline processes for Product Operations Managers (POMs).
• Develop and oversee processes and governance for incorporating metrics into GTM and Post Launch processes.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential risks/issues.
• Communicate critical issues and decisions to leadership.
• Resolve cross-functional issues within projects and programs effectively.
• Define, document, and establish best practices for product operations.
• Take ownership of the tools supporting GTM and Post-Launch efforts.
• Mentor team members and enhance their professional development.

Qualifications
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Product Operations and/or Product Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Highly proficient in collaborating effectively and resolving interpersonal issues.
• Experience in driving product adoption and growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with product adoption best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent cross-company projects.
• Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional leadership.
• Resourceful, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and consult across teams.
• Proven track record in leveraging analytics and driving process improvements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Pendo, JPD, Power BI, and JIRA.

Requirements
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Product Operations and/or Product Management for the Senior Product Operations Manager position.
• Experience in a leadership role within product operations or technical program management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Skilled in leveraging voice of market insights and roadmap planning tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Pendo, JPD, Power BI, and JIRA.
