Hiring: Factorsoft Functional Consultant – Remote Contract

We have an immediate need for an experienced
Factorsoft Consultant
(also known as
Cadence / ProfitStars
, owned by Jack Henry & Associates).

We are looking for a
functional IT consultant
—
not a developer
— who can support system configuration, business process optimization, and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Factorsoft / Cadence / ProfitStars platform
• Support accounting and finance users on available system capabilities
• Gather business requirements and translate into system solutions
• Improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with internal teams/vendor support
• Train users and provide best-practice guidance

Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Factorsoft / Cadence / ProfitStars
• Strong functional knowledge (configuration, modules, workflows)
• Experience supporting accounting / finance departments
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Remote consulting experience preferred

Nice to Have:
• Experience in fintech / lending / factoring industry
• Prior work with Jack Henry & Associates products
