- Description
- As a High Risk Incident Coordinator you will be responsible for conducting retrospective analyses of the most severe online and offline incidents in relation to the operability of current state Trust defenses.
- Your main objective will be to identify and inform potential remediation opportunities and provide insights for future Trust defense expansion capabilities.
- Duties
- Perform retrospective investigative reviews of severe incidents to analyze the effectiveness of current Trust defenses
- Identify potential remediation opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to improve Trust defenses
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to analyze and communicate the effectiveness of defenses
- Provide insights and feedback to Trust experts for future expansion capabilities
- Collaborate with individuals and teams across the Trust organization to ensure comprehensive analysis and remediation
- Assist in the management and coordination of remediation efforts for identified issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of findings and recommendations
- Requirements
- 5-7+ years of proven experience in Planning, Operations, or Consulting roles preferred
- Strong proficiency with project management tools, specifically Incident.io (and others, including Asana and Airtable)
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), including formulas for automation
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative
- Familiarity with communication tools including Slack, Gmail, Zoom
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in incident data
- Demonstrate a strong bias towards action, proactively identifying opportunities and swiftly driving solutions to completion
- Compensation
- $49 – 54/hr W-2
