This is a remote position.

Child's Play Wonderschool is seeking a Help Desk Representative to provide support to families and assist with questions related to enrollment, registration, account access, and program information. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming phone, email, and online inquiries

Assist families with enrollment and registration questions

Provide information regarding programs, services, and policies

Document customer interactions and update records

Troubleshoot basic account and access issues

Escalate complex concerns to appropriate team members

Follow up on open requests and inquiries

Maintain accurate records of support activities

Provide professional and courteous customer service

Support administrative projects as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service, help desk, or support experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong organizational skills

Professional and customer-focused approach
