<strong>Job Summary<br></strong>Qualicare Homecare is hiring a Healthcare Supervisor (RN or Licensed Healthcare Professional) to lead care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality home care services for our clients.<br><br>This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Healthcare Manager looking to step into a leadership role in the home health / home care industry.<br><br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Clinical Supervisor / RN Duties</strong><ul>
<li>Oversee <strong>home care services</strong> to ensure quality, safety, and compliance </li>
<li>Develop and manage <strong>care plans</strong> for clients </li>
<li>Perform <strong>client assessments and reassessments</strong>
</li>
<li>Ensure proper <strong>clinical documentation and compliance</strong>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Care Coordination</strong><ul>
<li>Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families</li>
<li>Manage hospital-to-home transitions and referrals </li>
<li>Ensure continuity of care and positive client outcomes </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Team Leadership</strong><ul>
<li>Supervise and support caregivers and healthcare staff</li>
<li>Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training</li>
<li>Assign staff based on client needs and skill level </li>
<li>Provide coaching and performance management </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Quality Assurance</strong><ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with Colorado home care regulations</li>
<li>Maintain readiness for audits and surveys </li>
<li>Monitor and improve service quality</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Registered Nurse (RN) <strong>OR</strong> licensed healthcare professional (as permitted by Colorado regulations) </li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience, including: at least 1 year in home care or a closely related field</li>
<li>Experience as a Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Manager, or Care Coordinator preferred</li>
<li>Current licensure in good standing</li>
<li>Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li>
