HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified staffing firm dedicated to connecting high-quality clinicians with healthcare facilities. They are seeking a Travel Nurse Recruiter / Clinician Partner responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle and building relationships with travel nurses.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place travel nurses across multiple specialties and facilities
- Build and maintain long-term clinician relationships as a trusted partner and advocate
- Actively source candidates through outbound calling, texting, and digital platforms
- Educate clinicians on assignments, pay packages, and compliance requirements
- Manage a full-cycle recruiting desk with clear performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, credentialing, and operations teams to ensure smooth placements
Skills
- Prior travel nurse recruiting or healthcare staffing experience preferred
- Proven success in a sales, commission, or quota-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, texts, email)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing workflows and compliance is a plus
