Your Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer interactions with professionalism and care. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Listening actively to understand customer needs and providing accurate information about healthcare services, products, and processes
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues or complaints that customers may have, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved
- Escalating interactions to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary and appropriate, following established protocols
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments accurately and securely
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing constructive feedback on call issues, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or refer customers to additional services that may benefit them
- Staying updated on healthcare industry changes, company policies, and product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree in healthcare, business, or related field is a plus)
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in healthcare, insurance, or retail customer service)
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Ability to stay composed and objective, even in challenging situations
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
