Rely Digital is seeking a self-starter and motivated Growth Marketing Strategist (Paid Media) to support the development and execution of high-impact paid advertising strategies, with a strong emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and lead acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with lead generation-focused clients or organizations and understands how to build full-funnel strategies that convert high-value target accounts into a qualified pipeline.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Strategist will work closely with top Canadian & US-based brands—primarily in Lead Generation, B2B, and E-commerce verticals—to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid ads platforms like Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and other paid social channels.
- You will play a key role in shaping ABM strategies, developing lead generation funnels, and launching high-performing campaign assets (e.g., lead magnets, gated content, webinars, whitepapers) that drive measurable business outcomes.Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to build and execute ABM-driven paid media strategies targeting high-value accounts and decision-makers.
- Plan and launch lead generation campaigns, including gated content, downloadable assets, webinars, and nurture funnels.
- Collaborate with internal Design and Marketing teams to develop high-converting lead magnets and ad creatives, especially for Linked In Ads.
- Own campaign strategy across platforms, including Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and paid social, with a focus on pipeline generation and CPL efficiency.
- Manage audience segmentation, including account lists, job titles, firmographics, and retargeting strategies.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns toward MQL, SQL, and pipeline growth (not just clicks or traffic).
- Lead client communication, including reporting on lead quality, funnel performance, and revenue impact.
- Conduct ongoing testing across messaging, creative, and offers to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Identify opportunities to expand campaigns into multi-touch, full-funnel ABM programs. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and/or B2B marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Linked In Ads, including building and optimizing lead gen forms, document ads, and conversation ads.
- Proven experience creating and scaling lead generation funnels and demand generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ABM principles, including account targeting, persona segmentation, and multi-touch attribution.
- Experience working with lead gen clients, SaaS companies, or B2B organizations.
- Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Proven track record of driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and hitting performance targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate performance into business impact. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution models, and funnel analytics.
- Google Ads & Google Analytics Certifications.

- Expected Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (Salary range will be dependent on a candidate's level of experience and expertise).
