The Role

Scendea is seeking a highly
motivated individual to join our global team, full-time, as a Growth and
Partnerships Manager within our Business Development Team. This is a remote
position, affiliated to our UK Office, reporting to the Chief of Staff.

This is an excellent opportunity

development, regulatory, and compliance consulting group serving the
pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. 



Requirements


  • Have a strong understanding of our service
    offering in order to research and accurately identify high‑potential
    prospective clients.

  • Generate qualified leads through structured
    multi-channel outreach.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date lead
    information within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability. 

  • Qualify leads, including inbound queries, and accurately
    assess opportunity potential.

  • Support the development and execution of
    successful lead‑generation campaigns.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of
    early-stage opportunities.

  • Collaborate
    with Business Development and Marketing to refine targeting criteria,
    messaging, and qualification frameworks.
      Assist in preparing outreach materials,
    including introductory messaging, capability summaries, and follow
    up communications. 
  • Monitor
    industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
    to identify new lead sources and emerging opportunities.
     

Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in lead generation or
    business development support within Life Sciences services.

  • Degree-level education (or proven equivalent
    experience).

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Zoho) for
    managing leads and tracking activity.

  • Proven ability to research, identify, and
    qualify new business opportunities.

  • Professional communicator able to create
    positive first impressions with prospects.

  • Results‑focused mindset with an understanding of
    lead targets and conversion metrics.

  • Ability to understand client needs and clearly
    articulate Scendea’s value proposition at an introductory level.

  • Strong awareness of industry trends and
    competitor activity.

  • Process driven, highly organised, proactive, and
    self‑motivated.

  • Proficient using MS Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn
    Sales Navigator, and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
