What will you do?
As a Sales Engineer you combine technical expertise with customer-facing sales support. You will work with prospective customers to understand requirements, demonstrate products, design technical solutions, answer technical questions, and support the sales process through evaluations, proofs of concept, and implementation planning. The role bridges the gap between sales, engineering, and customer success teams to help customers adopt the right solution.

We are looking for you that are in the start of your career in tech, maybe you have a recently graduated within data science or similar. Pre-Sales Engineers are responsible for satisfying the needs of new and existing customers in an effort to maximize their experience with SOTI products. This includes, providing technical support, revenue generation in add-on sales and professional service training and following up on support cases as needed.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken and caring persona as an effective representative of SOTI
Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of SOTI products
Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers
Analyze SOTI's market segment and generate recommendations for product roadmaps
Investigate issues reported by customers, and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues
Provide email and telephone based pre and post sales, technical support for our software products

Qualifications
Education within computer science, networking or similar
Interested in being part and contribute in sales processes
Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of computer networking principles
Knowledge of mobile computing platforms
Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives
Willing to travel to on site customers (mainly in the Benelux region)

Salary: 35-40,000base EUR/annually with a commission structure on top.
