Body Design is hiring high-performance Enrollment Specialists to join our team.

This is a full-time, remote sales role with strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do
• Make 80+ outbound calls daily
• Spend 3+ hours on video calls with prospects
• Run structured enrollment calls
• Follow a proven sales system
• Enroll qualified prospects into programs
• Track activity in Salesforce and Kixie
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Two Roles (You’ll Be Placed Where You Fit Best)

1. Personal Training Program (BDPT)
Enroll clients into our results-driven fitness program designed for fat loss, muscle gain, and long-term health.
No training or coaching — 100% enrollment.
This role is ideal for personal trainers ready to transition off the gym floor or coaching calls into a full-time, remote enrollment position.

2. Certification Program (BDU)
Enroll individuals into our certification program to become personal trainers.
No client training — 100% enrollment.
This role is ideal for experienced personal trainers ready to operate at a higher level by helping others enter the industry using their past experience.

Important:
If you still plan to train clients in any capacity—gym or online, full-time or part-time—this role is not a fit. These positions are for personal trainers who are ready to fully transition out of training and into a full-time enrollment role helping clients or future personal trainers get started.

Requirements
• 2+ years of sales experience (phone/high-ticket preferred)
• Fitness industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and confidence on calls and video
• Competitive and coachable mindset
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
• Quiet home office and reliable internet

Compensation
• $6,000–$7,000/month typical
• $7,000+ for top performers
• Activity pay + commissions + bonuses

Example:
• Average sale: $2,250
• Average commission: $337
• 5+ enrollments per week
