Job Description

Summarized Purpose:
We are offering an opportunity for a Lead Fullstack Developer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications while driving technical excellence across frontend and backend systems.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5–8 years of experience in fullstack application development

Major Job Responsibilities: Design and develop frontend and backend application components Build scalable APIs and microservices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions Ensure application performance, scalability, and security Mentor developers and support technical best practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Java/Python/Node.js)
Experience with API development and microservices architecture
Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
Strong analytical and communication skills

Must Have Skills:
Fullstack development expertise
React/Angular and backend programming experience
API and microservices development
SQL and cloud platform knowledge

Good to Have Skills:
DevOps and containerization tools
AI/ML integration exposure
Experience with enterprise systems integration

Working Hours:
India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
