One of our top clients, a well-established company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, is currently looking for a Global Account Sales professional to drive strategic client engagements and business growth.

This is a Bilingual Full-Time Position, Offering Full Remote Work from Anywhere in Japan, with opportunities for International Business Trips.

Leveraging the expertise and know-how gained from this successful venture, the company expanded its business to provide consulting services in DX software development, focusing primarily on large enterprises across the Asia region.

About this Job

Responsibilities
As an Account Sales professional, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Account Management (Assigned Accounts)

Build and maintain strong relationships with both executive leadership and operational teams

Ensure continuous communication with clients

Identify client challenges and strategic priorities, and develop hypotheses

2. Creation and Proposal of DX / Business Transformation Projects

Define project themes based on client challenges

Design compelling proposal strategies and narratives

Drive proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders

3. Contract and Financial Management

Prepare estimates and negotiate contract terms

Lead deal closing processes

Manage revenue, cost, and billing for assigned accounts

4. Support for Project Execution

Monitor project progress within assigned accounts and handle escalations

Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve issues and coordinate with clients

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B solution sales, account management, or consulting

Proven experience leading client negotiations and proposal activities

Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders

Business-level communication skills in both English and Japanese

Experience in IT, DX, business transformation, or consulting domains

Ideal Candidate Profile

Ability to analyze and structure client challenges from both executive and operational perspectives

Motivated to go beyond traditional sales and act as a partner driving client transformation

Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and advancing initiatives through hypothesis-driven thinking

Strong stakeholder management skills, with persistence in coordinating across clients, internal teams, and global offices
