Sperax is seeking an experienced and talented Frontend Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the frontend development team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement and improve features.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.

  • Mentor and guide junior front-end developers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process.

  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.

  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with blockchain or DeFi projects.

  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).

  • Understanding of backend technologies and how the front end interacts with them.

  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.
