To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our Sales / Business Development team.


Tasks



  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers (retailers, resellers, distributors)

  • Proactively approach potential clients via cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)

  • Build and develop the Dutch market from scratch

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → outreach → negotiation → closing

  • Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts

  • Track your pipeline and sales performance independently

  • Provide market insights and feedback to support expansion strategy


Requirements



  • Proven experience in new business sales / cold acquisition is highly preferred

  • Strong hunter mentality with a drive to close deals

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Highly self-motivated and performance-driven

  • Ability to work independently and structure your own sales activities

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
