Freelance Over-the-Phone Interpreters (All Languages) – Remote

We are currently seeking professional and dependable Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) for multiple languages to join our global network.

This is a freelance, remote opportunity ideal for linguists who are passionate about language access and want to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do
• Provide accurate, real-time interpretation via phone calls (OPI)
• Support communication across industries such as medical, legal, government, and community services
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity during all interactions

Requirements
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (spoken proficiency required)
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Prior interpreting experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Reliable and professional work ethic

Technical Requirements
• Computer (Windows 10 or newer) with at least 8GB RAM
• High-speed, private internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
• USB wired headset with built-in microphone (no Bluetooth/wireless)
